Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

Hi Rez Digital Solutions is looking for a Sales Manger who can grow our offset and digital print sales. The chosen candidate must be able to hit the ground running and add value to our enterprise from day 1.

The chosen candidate will generate revenue by building and managing a commission based sales force. The ideal candidate will lead by example through their own prospecting efforts by forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a proven sales record in print management, preferably digital and offset. You will possess strong account and personnel management skills with the confidence to build land motivate high performance teams. Ideally you will come from a technical print background, and will possess excellent communication skills coupled with a strong sales and target focus.

• Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
• Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
• Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.
• Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.

As the Sales Manager, you are in charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales for the Company.

• Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
• Reports to the General Manager.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
• Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
• Oversees all hiring, training and firing of sales staff in conjunction with the General Manager.
• Participates with the Management, in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company.
• Directs sales department to achieve objectives established in the Company’s Strategic Plan.
• Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.
• Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.
• Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company

Experienced Part Time Pressman - Hamada 452a

Part-time pressman position in Vista

2-4 days a week
12-30 hours total

We are open from 8:30 - 6:30 but there is a possiblity staying later in the evening or coming in early to work around other jobs.

  • At least 5 years of experience running an offset press.
  • Must be able to operate a Hamada 452a.
  • Reliable, independent, detail oriented.
  • All employees must undergo background check.

We are a fast-growing printing company located in north San Diego.  We operate an HP Indigo Press utilizing the latest variable data software from Xmpie, a Hamada 4-color offset press, and bank of large format printers capable of printing 6-color trade show graphics up to 60 inches wide.
